      Our service allows you to conveniently send physical checks through the mail by connecting your bank account with our app. We handle the printing and mailing of your paper checks without the funds ever passing through our accounts.

    • Is my banking information secure?

      Absolutely. We partner with Plaid, a trusted leader in financial technology, to securely access your banking details needed to print your checks, ensuring your information is always protected. We never debit your account directly. We only use the information to print your check which is then immediately sealed.

    • What is the cost for sending a check?

      We charge a flat fee of $6.99 per high security check sent via first-class mail. This fee covers the printing, handling, and mailing of your check to any address within the United States.

    • How can I track the status of my sent check?

      Our app keeps you updated on every step of the process. You'll receive notifications about the printing and shipping status of your check. Checks are processed same business day if submitted before 3 PM EST.

    • Where can I send checks using your service?

      Currently, our mailing service is available for sending personal or business checks to addresses within the United States. We're constantly working to expand our reach!

    • Is there a limit on the number of checks I can send?

      There is no limit to the number of checks you can send. Whether it's just one or several, our service is designed to cater to your needs.

    • Do you offer any bulk or business services?

      Yes, we do! You can buy a checkbook which includes 12 checks for $5.83 / check. Checks are already business checks and can be customized with your business name and address. We are currently also working on certified mail, express, and overnight shipment.

    • What happens if there’s an issue with my check?

      In the rare event of an issue, our customer service team is readily available to assist you. We guarantee resolution of any problems with the utmost priority. Reach us at support@check.supply

    • Can I cancel a check after it’s been sent?

      Cancellation is possible only if the check hasn’t been mailed yet. You can manage checks that are pending shipment from the app. Reach out to support@check.supply for help. However, you can stop payment or cancel the check directly with your bank at anytime as funds remain in your bank until cashed.
